Dim Sum Truck. No need to trek out to SG Valley now thanks to recent USC grad
Alex Chu who also is also considering a
"Dim Sum Cart." Think a smaller truck (Coolhaus-style) that slings dumplings with a limited menu that changes often. As for the truck, the
official launch is slated for February 27,
